Welcome to Readfull, a product of Koyal Labs, LLC ("Koyal Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). Readfull ("Service" or "Readfull") is a reading application designed to help users build consistent reading habits through focused reading sessions, progress tracking, and habit-forming tools.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Use of the Service

Readfull is intended to help users read more intentionally and consistently. By using Readfull, you agree that:

  • You will only use the Service for lawful purposes.
  • You will not use the Service in a way that interferes with or disrupts its functionality.
  • You grant Koyal Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to process usage data you provide or generate within the app for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service.

Readfull and all related software, design, branding, and functionality are owned by Koyal Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You retain ownership of your personal reading data and content you upload or track through the Service.
  • You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

6. Service Issues & Refund Policy

If you encounter issues with the Service:

  • We may, at our discretion, provide service credits or restore access where appropriate.
  • No monetary refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Readfull is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of tracking, or suitability for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koyal Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, progress, or expected outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Readfull at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms
